If the occasion comes up now I can type "Küßt du mich, hübsches mädchen!"

But I am still not sure about the personal imperative form of küßen.

I think eliding the personal pronoun is proper spoken Deutsch. I think leaving it in is formally correct, though perhaps a bit dorky-sounding.
"Küßen Sie mich, bitte" would sound silliest of all. It would be how you'd ask a female Bank Manager that you don't personally know to kiss you.

From what I hear, Sie/Du is almost a forgotten distinction among the last couple of generations of Germans. Sie would be reserved for Cops, Priests, and College Professors, and your parents when they're really mad at you.
