In honor of LJ's acquisition by a Russian Company:|
This guy 'a.mid' posted to the ru_idm community about this release, and it's definitely worth a listen if you like some dark down-to-midtempo stuff, that isn't by-the-numbers IDM clatter.
Usually I take a flyer on archive.org stuff by streaming it until I'm bored or revolted -- often within 30 seconds of the first track. I still like this after 4 tracks...
Yeah, not too bad. Good stuff. Creepy and broken. Like some of Russia.
Actually I from southern Ukraine =)
But, Your words for me sound as a compliment...:)
A good friend from Kiev would snicker at another coworker from Uzbekistan every time she would go on about the glory of Mother Russia. This si the same guy who refused to shake Bush's hand when he came to a benefit dinner at our office in 2000.
I really love your music! You're doing some amazing stuff there!
Thanks for such response :)
City in which I live, gloomy and in it continuous factories...
Air is overflown by harmful substances...
The atmosphere compels to create such sound...
a pity, that in my city and in my country people (most then 99%), unable to understand that I do...
From the million population of my city the maximum 100-200 person understands such music...
Ah, bummer. :(
Well look what a horrid industrial landscape did for Throbbing Gristle and Cabaret Voltaire! :)
Few people understand the music I'm doing here as well. About the same number. Keep it up, though. The isolation makes for great inspiration.
I think we better take this off of Kent's LJ soon, huh? :)
Sorry to have called a Ukrainian a Russian! Some Ukrainians would feel very insulted ;-)
Keep in touch though -- very interested in your music. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
