This show is definitely a guilty pleasure for me, but I can't look away. The heartwarming tale of two plastic surgeons in south Florida. With nudity, self-mutilation, bad language, violence, creepy humor, and occasionally some really good writing.|
Some info (and schedule) http://www.fxnetworks.com/main.html
I watched a few moments of that the other night. The guys were such pricks to the women in their lives, I decided to change channels.
Their prick-i-ness isn't completely unalloyed; there's this bizarre combination of Miami Vice sheen with some surprising turns of character. It's a TV Show, but despite it's overt ambition to pander to an audience, there's a covert attempt to have some emotional authenticity.
Oh and did I mention the lesbian cheerleaders making out?
Miami Vice sheen? you're scaring me, now.
men are so boring and predictable with your lesbian cheerleader fixation.

I love Nip/Tuck and I'm not a predictable male!
I was doing a search and saw your quite prudish post-I love this show and am not a predictable man! Kudos to F/X Network for having bisexual and lesbian females on their show-how can you not commend any network who actually shows diversity in personalities, sexualities, and gives you an original, unpredictable, we-can't-wait-to-watch-it-every-week-show? Most of America is still to be blamed for keeping the pathetic Full House on the air longer than should ever have been allowed...talk about lowest common denominator, stupidly predictable, cookie-cutter characters. My fiance & I finally have a TV show we both enjoy and have fun watching, and guess what...any woman who isn't insecure about her sexuality thinks lesbian cheerleaders are hot, too. Open you mind, enjoy a great show.
