HI I LOST MY SOUP POSTY SO HERE IT IS AGAIN!!!! I REALLY NEED YOU TO REED IT!

Yum. Soup is probably the best, most flexible, affordable, and digestible (mostly) kind of food there is. This one looks like a winner, and yes, chicken, almost any kind of chicken, if you throw in the bones, makes the stock better. i even throw in the carcasse of the chicken i buy ready-cooked in the supermarket... the ones that sit under the light to stay warm so that you can stop at the HyVee or Safeway and pick up a meal that will go pretty much directly on the table. After everyone has eaten all their favorite bits, I toss the pitiful carrion into a pot with onions, carrots, and celery and make stock. Yeah, that kind of chicken is probably full of strange chemicals, and we'll all die of additive poisoning. But the stock is amazing. I don't even like Chicken, but I really like the soup made from the bones...
