I guess this is about free trade, but who are these guys? Are all our economic problems cause by guys with expensive haircuts who fly around in private jets? Well, maybe he's got a point there, but there's something really generic and clip-art-esque about this brochure.
I think someone could do an interesting story about the direct mail for the presidential campaign; what is interesting is that this stuff goes directly to voters, and print and broadcast journalists are too busy scarfing the free donuts and riding around in rental cars after candidates to ever look at it. In essence, the direct mail campaigns can talk whatever crack they want, with no worries about said crack becoming part of the media-based conversation about the race.
I could tell you about some of the outlandish things these guys say in direct mail, but I mostly shitcan it and go make dinner.
